Over 25 Best Drugstore Face Products Under $10 – Foundations, Powders, Blushes, Bronzers, & Highlighters
Drugstore makeup is so incredible – seriously one of the best things to have graced the beauty industry.
In the last couple of years, I’ve tried TONS of drugstore makeup products and I’m always more and more impressed at how all of the drugstore brands are really putting out quality products!
I love finding amazing products from the drugstore at a great price and recently, that seems to happen all the time! Almost everything I try is a win!
Drugstore makeup brands really are giving luxury makeup brands a run for their money!
From all of the drugstore makeup products I’ve tried over the years, there are many products that I love, some products that I hate, and many products that I can’t live without!
In today’s post, I put together a list of the best drugstore makeup face products under $10, which includes foundations, powders, blushes, bronzers, and highlighters.
I decided to leave out primers and setting sprays because the list was getting REALLY long, but I may add them to the post in the future!
It’s still crazy to me to think that all of these drugstore products are under $10, but they perform like makeup that costs way more than that!
So, without further ado, let’s get started!
Affiliate links may be used in this post, which I may receive a commission from, at no extra cost to you. You can read my full disclosure here.

This list is organized in alphabetical order, by brand.

Sun Lover Glow Bronzer
This bronzer is actually the first one that got me into glowy bronzers! I loved it so much when I first tried it that it made it into my Best Drugstore Makeup of 2018 and now I can’t get enough of glowy bronzers!
It has just the right amount of shimmer in it that it still looks very natural – like you have a natural glow to your skin.
And even though it does look dark in the pan, it totally is not that color when you apply it! It’s much lighter than it looks and it blends out super easily if you do happen to apply too much.

16 HR Camo Concealer
Of all the concealers you can find in the drugstore, this is probably the best one to buy for its price. It’s only $5!
Since its release a few months ago, the entire beauty industry has been buzzing about it! Many consider this concealer a dupe for the Tarte Shape Tape Concealer.
I don’t personally think it’s an exact dupe, BUT it surely is a damn good concealer.
It’s a matte full-coverage concealer that works great for covering dark circles and highlighting the face. It blends out very nicely and hasn’t conflicted with any of the foundations I’ve tried it with.
But, it does dry down quickly, so it’s better to blend out one section at a time. (I learned the hard way.)
I do also like e.l.f.’s blushes, especially the 4-shade blush palette, but I recently gave a bunch of my makeup to my family members, so I don’t have any photos.
However, I did want to mention them in this post because e.l.f. blushes are SO GOOD, especially for the price they’re sold at.

Brighten Up! Banana Powder
Banana powder was never part of my makeup routine and I thought it was a useless product, until I tried this banana powder!
I love to brighten up my under-eye area with this powder (ya girl has some serious dark circles) and it is amazing to use for sharpening up my contour.
Banana powders are not all the same and there are different shades of banana LOL. This shade is the perfect shade for my skin tone! (I’m usually light neutral in foundations.)
Since the shade works for my skin tone so well, I’ll even use this powder to set my eyeshadow primer and as a blotting powder when my makeup needs freshening up!

Pure Nude Highlighter
Although this product is technically a highlighter, I actually use it as a finishing powder to give myself a subtle all-over glow! I’m super extra, I know.
It has a similar effect as the Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powders in my opinion – it’s not an exact dupe, but it’s a great alternative for about a tenth of the price!
However, if you aren’t as extra as I am, and prefer a more natural look, this is actually a great highlighter for a subtle glow-from-within look.
It’s way too subtle for me to use as a highlighter usually, but it’s great for no-makeup or concealer-only days when I just want to add a natural glow to the high points of my cheeks.

Pure Nude Sunlighter
This is the same highlighter as above, just in a golden bronze shade and guess what? I don’t use this one as a highlighter either!
I love using this highlighter as a bronzer topper for an extra glowy bronzed look – super extra golden goddess vibes.
But, just like the above version, it’s a great subtle highlighter for those that want just a natural glow that looks like you’re glowing from within.
I can see this shade being perfect on medium to dark skin tones.

Sun Club Matte Bronzer
This was one of the first bronzers I bought just when I was starting to get obsessed with bronzers, and it’s still one of my favorites for a natural bronze.
It’s the perfect shade for fair to light skin tones, but I think it would be too light for medium to dark skin tones. And I have the “darker skin” shade!
The size of the pan is massive! For less than $5, the value can’t be beat! I think this bronzer would last for years!
Also, if you have the problem with bronzers looking too orange on you and struggle with finding a neutral-toned bronzer, this bronzer is a great choice. It’s super easy to blend out and build up, making it a great everyday bronzer.

Flower Beauty

Flower Pots Powder Blush
This blush is another product that is perfect for that “glow from within” look because it’s not quite matte, but it’s not shimmery. It has a natural satin finish that makes your skin look very life-like.
The formula is the perfect medium between pigmented and blendable – it’s not too pigmented where it’s hard to blend out, yet it doesn’t blend too much where there isn’t any color left.
Light Illusion Full Coverage Concealer
I’ve never mentioned this concealer on my blog before because I’ll be honest, it’s not my favorite concealer out there.
BUT, that’s because I like a very full-coverage concealer that will hide everything!
This concealer is more of a medium-coverage concealer (even though the name has “Full Coverage” in it).
And it has a slightly thinner consistency than I normally like. (My holy grail is Tarte Shape Tape, which is thick and super full-coverage.)
However, if you do not like full-coverage concealers and are looking for more of a natural concealer, this is the one.
It blends out beautifully and has a natural radiant finish, so it really does make the skin look great.
It’s another Flower Beauty product that has a very life-like finish – they really go for the “your skin, but better” vibe!
Makeup Revolution

Conceal & Define Concealer
This is another concealer that shook the beauty industry when it was first released with many claiming it’s a dupe for the Tarte Shape Tape Concealer.
I don’t personally believe it’s a dupe, but I do believe it’s a great concealer for a super affordable price!
The Conceal & Define Concealer is slightly less full-coverage than Shape Tape and it has a thinner consistency, but for about a quarter of the price, it’s an amazing alternative.
It’s always worked well with any foundation I’ve tried it with and blends out really nicely.

Fast Base Stick Foundation
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this foundation! Out of all the drugstore foundations I’ve tried, this is definitely in my top 3.
First of all, I love the ease of application that comes with a stick foundation. It’s just so easy to swipe it across your face and blend it out with a dense brush. Perfect for busy mornings when you don’t have much time.
The Hourglass Vanish Stick would have to be my most favorite stick foundation, but this one comes REALLY close, and it’s about a fifth of the price! If you don’t want to splurge on the Vanish Stick, the Fast Base stick is your next best choice.
Its finish is on the luminous side, leaning towards dewy, so I wouldn’t recommend it for those with oily skin. But, it’s amazing for those with dry/normal leaning dry skin.
I would say it’s a medium to full-coverage foundation, but it’s very easy to build up coverage. And being that it’s in a stick form, it’s easy to get a very concentrated amount of coverage in specific areas.

Liquid Highlighter
I’ve mentioned this product in so many of my posts and I still think it’s one of the most underrated products out there! I feel like I’m one of the few that use it!
I know liquid highlighters can be intimidating to try and tricky to use when you do try them, but the best way to use them is by tapping it on with a finger.
Brushes really don’t work well with liquid highlighters, but you could use a makeup sponge to lightly tap the product on.
However, I personally love using them as a foundation mixer for an all-over glow. I’m all about that glow these days, and mixing a liquid highlighter into foundation is a super easy way to achieve this.
Sometimes, I’ll even apply this liquid highlighter all over my face before foundation when I REALLY want to glow.
These Makeup Revolution liquid highlighters are totally comparable to the Iconic London Illuminator drops and the Cover FX Custom Enhancer Drops, but are WAY cheaper.

Maybelline

City Bronzer
The City Bronzer is Maybelline’s newest bronzer and the most recent addition to my growing bronzer collection LOL.
Similar to the Essence bronzer above, the City Bronzer (I have the shade Medium) is the perfect natural everyday bronzer.
It applies very smoothly and is easy to blend out. It’s more of a subtle bronzer in my opinion and I’ve never experienced any “oh no” moments where too much was applied and couldn’t be blended out.
The tone of the bronzer is more on the neutral side, which would be great if bronzers tend to look too warm on you. It’s also marketed as a contour powder, which I can see working, if this shade looks too cool-toned on you for it to be a bronzer.

Fit Me! Loose Finishing Powder
This powder is one of my all-time favorite products from Maybelline – actually, not even just from Maybelline, but amongst all drugstore products!
I used to be a long-time user of the Laura Mercier Translucent Setting Powder, but once I tried this Maybelline powder, I never looked back!
Whenever I do my makeup, I absolutely cannot do it without this powder. It does such a great job of setting my base makeup into place, never makes my skin look cakey or dry, and it feels so lightweight all day.
It quickly became a staple in my everyday makeup routine!
It’s a total dupe for the Laura Mercier Translucent Powder, except that it comes in shades. I use the shade Fair 05, but I wish Maybelline would release a translucent shade!

Fit Me! Matte + Poreless Liquid Foundation
I’ll be honest with you, this foundation is not one of my personal favorite foundations. BUT, that is because I have normal/leaning dry skin and this foundation is just too matte for me.
However, the Fit Me! Matte + Poreless Foundation is no doubt one of the most popular foundations at the drugstore. It’s loved by MANY, especially those with oily skin.
It’s a medium to full coverage foundation that is formulated to address texture issues (pores) that those with oily skin tend to have.

Fit Me! Matte + Poreless Pressed Powder
Sorry, I totally forgot to add this powder to the photo. 🙁
Even though the liquid version of the Fit Me! Matte + Poreless Foundation isn’t one of my favorites, the pressed powder version totally is!
I especially like this foundation to keep in my purse, for quick touch-ups throughout the day.
Because of its matte nature and oil-absorbing properties, it works great as a blotting powder. I don’t have oily skin, but I can definitely get a bit shiny around my t-zone by the afternoon!
In addition to using it as a blotting/touch-up powder, it’s great for “no makeup” days when I need to do some errands and I’m too lazy to put on makeup, but don’t want to step out of the house completely bare-faced. (Yes, I’m that girl.)
I’ll take a big fluffy brush to apply the Fit Me! Foundation powder all over my face and it gives me just the right amount of coverage to even out my skin tone, without looking cakey or too powdery.

Instant Age Rewind Concealer
The Instant Age Rewind concealer is another Maybelline fan-favorite that you don’t see a lot of on my blog. And that’s because it doesn’t come in a shade light enough for me!
I really wish there was a shade I could actually use under my eyes because then I would love this concealer so much more!
The whole concept of this concealer is that it hides dark circles under your eyes, making you look more refreshed, and I can totally attest to that claim.
It provides great coverage and really smooths out the under-eye area without being too heavy.

SuperStay Better Skin Conceler
Maybelline really is one of my favorite drugstore brands because this is another product that I use every single day!
The formula is so creamy and blends out effortlessly, making it a great spot concealer. I don’t use this concealer to highlight my face because again, there isn’t a shade light enough for me. 🙁
But, when I was a little tanner than I am now, I used to use it under my eyes and it worked great! I have very sensitive eyes and skin around my eyes, so sometimes concealers make the area burn.
However, I never had that problem with this concealer. I still use it on my eyelids as an eyeshadow primer every day!
I almost never see this comparison made, but I totally think it’s a dupe for the NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer in the consistency, coverage, and the way it blends!

Master Chrome Highlighter
Hands-down, the Master Chrome highlighters are in the top 3 blinding highlighters at the drugstore.
I own three shades – 100 Molten Gold, 050 Molten Rose Gold, and 250 NikkieTutorials collab. And all of them are gorgeous.
The formula is just so creamy, so soft, so pigmented, and SO bright. It rivals even the best high-end highlighters on the market. If gives you such a foiled, metallic sheen that just melts into the skin.

Milani

Baked Blush
I seriously rave about this blush every chance I get! I have three shades – Luminoso, Dolce Pink, and Rose D’oro. Luminoso was the shade that made me fall in love with this formula!
If you’re not a fan of shimmery blush, then you won’t like these blushes because they all have a bit of shimmer in them.
But, if you are a fan of shimmery blush, you definitely need to try these out right now if you haven’t already!
I love all the shades, but the one I reach for most often is still Luminoso. It’s just the perfect peachy pink shade that goes with anything, making it a great everyday blush.
They all have a good amount of pigment in them, yet they are very easy to blend out without any weird patchiness. And they last all day long! My cheeks look as great at the end of the day as they did at the start of the day!

Baked Bronzer
Just like the baked blush, the Milani baked bronzer has a bit of shimmer in it, to give you a golden glow.
However, it doesn’t have quite as much shimmer as the blushes, it has just enough to give this bronzer a radiant finish rather than a matte finish. You definitely can’t see gold specks on your face or anything like that.
I have the shade Soleil and it’s a subtle golden bronze that’s a bit on the warm side, but it’s not too warm where it looks orange on me.
It’s a great summer bronzer for that “golden tan” look and perfect for anyone that doesn’t want a completely matte bronzer, but doesn’t want too much sheen either.

Silky Matte Bronzer
Contrary to the baked bronzer, this bronzer is matte and more of a cool-toned bronzer.
With it’s cool-toned nature, it’s really great for a natural bronze on those with fair to light skin tones. Definitely no orange-looking bronze with this bronzer!
It’s a very close dupe for the Marc Jacobs O! Mega Bronzer in Tan-Tastic, which is one of my favorite bronzers, but just a tad bit cooler-toned. (It’s also about a fifth of the price, though.)
True to its name, it’s silky smooth in application and blends out with practically no effort at all.
Also, depending on your skin tone, this bronzer could be great as a contour shade!

NYX

HD Photo Concealer
This concealer is definitely one of the best medium-full coverage concealers at the drugstore.
It works great under the eyes, with great pigmentation and it’s very easy to blend out smoothly. It oxidizes a tad on me, so I would recommend going for a shade lighter than you normally would.
There are also green and purple shades for color correcting! If you are unfamiliar with color correcting, using an affordable concealer like this to experiment with is definitely the way to go!

Matte Bronzer
This is the last bronzer, I promise LOL. I realize that bronzer is not like lipstick – one of those products that it’s normal to have tons of different ones. But, for some reason, I am obsessed with bronzers right now!
The NYX Matte Bronzer (in Medium) is an old favorite and tried-and-true bronzer for many. It’s been around for a while now, but I’d still consider it one of the best bronzers at the drugstore.
It has great pigmentation and can even be too pigmented if you’re not careful, so a little goes a long way!
One day I was swatching all of my bronzers and had an accidental dupe discovery! This bronzer in the shade Medium is a total shade dupe for the Laura Mercier Matte Radiance Baked Powder in Bronze 03.
Wet n Wild

ColorIcon Blush
This blush makes me so nostalgic because it was the first ever drugstore blush I tried! And I think it was also the first ever Wet n Wild product I’ve tried!
I used this blush exclusively for a VERY long time. I loved it so much that I never felt the need to buy anything else!
The shade I have is Pearlescent Pink and it’s actually very similar to the Milani Baked Blush in Luminoso. No wonder I love that one so much too!
You get amazing color payoff with this blush and it’s super long-lasting. It’s ridiculous that it’s so cheap! Wet n Wild always amazes me with how great their products perform for such a low cost.

MegaGlo Highlighting Powder
Remember I said earlier that the Maybelline Master Chrome Highlighter is in the top 3 for the best blinding highlighters at the drugstore?
Well, the Wet n Wild MegaGlow Highlighting Powder is one of the other two blinding highlighters in that top 3.
My favorite shades are Precious Petals, Golden Flower Crown, and Blossom Glow, all of which give you a beautiful beaming highlight.

Photo Focus Foundation
GUYS. This foundation is FIVE DOLLARS. That price is absolutely ridiculous! You definitely won’t get a better foundation for that price anywhere.
Regardless of the price though, it’s still a favorite by many for its matte finish that smooths texture and provides medium buildable coverage.
It’s a tad bit too matte for my liking, but it works really well for those with normal to oily skin. The only drawback is that it smells like paint.
