Best Drugstore Makeup Under $15 – The Must-Have Products You Need
Don’t we all just LOVE drugstore makeup?! I know I sure do!
I love finding amazing drugstore makeup products of high quality that even out-perform some high-end makeup products, but at a much lower price!
It often boggles my mind how some products are so cheap!
In today’s post, we’re getting into the slightly more expensive end of drugstore makeup – under $15.
Compared to some of the outrageous prices of luxury makeup products out there, that is still super affordable!
I’ve already done lists for the best drugstore makeup products at lower price points, so be sure to check those out as well:
There are tons of drugstore makeup products under $15, so the ones that made this list are the absolute best and personally tested by yours truly!
These are, in my opinion, the must-haves.
And even though there are other very affordable brands like ColourPop, Morphe, BH Cosmetics, etc., this list will consist of only products that are actually drugstore makeup products.
As in – you can drive to your local drugstore (or Walmart/Target) and will be able to find these brands.
Since I already have posts on drugstore products under $10 and under $5, this post will focus on items in the $10-$15 range.
(So, be sure to check out those other posts if you are looking for even cheaper makeup products!)
So, without further ado, let’s get started!

Best Drugstore Makeup Under $15
L’Oreal – Infallible Fresh Wear Foundation | $14.99
This is L’Oreal’s newest foundation and I instantly fell in love with it as soon as I tried it.
I got it mid-February and it no doubt had to be included in my February Favorites.
And just about everyone in the beauty industry feels the same way!
It’s been getting a ton of great reviews since its release and it seems like everyone agrees that L’Oreal killed it with this foundation.
It provides medium buildable coverage which is great if you’re someone that likes to wear natural foundation, but also likes to wear full-coverage foundation sometimes. You can totally achieve both with this foundation.
The finish of the foundation is a natural radiant finish that gives you a healthy glow.
And the formulation is super breathable, feels fresh on the skin – true to its name, and is comfortable to wear all day long.
There is a slight scent to the foundation, so just a heads-up if you’re sensitive to scented products.
The scent hasn’t affected my skin at all, even though I have sensitive skin, but I do still wish it was unscented.

L’Oreal – Infallible Full Wear Concealer | $12.99
Although it was released around the same time as the Fresh Wear Foundation, the Infallible Full Wear Concealer didn’t get nearly as much excitement! And I have no idea why!
I’ve been really enjoying the foundation, but I’ve actually been enjoying the concealer even more.
And as an avid user of the Shape Tape Concealer, I’m so happy to have found a much cheaper option!
The consistency is nearly identical – Shape Tape may be just a tad more full-coverage, it blends out the same way, the doe-foot applicator is the exact same shape and size, and the tube is exactly the same aside from graphic design.
This concealer has easily made its way into my everyday makeup routine. I find myself reaching for it over and over again!
Pixi Beauty – Liquid Fairy Lights | $15.00
If you’re into glitter eyeshadow like I am and you’re not already using the Pixi Liquid Fairy Lights, you need to start right now!
The Stila Magnificent Metals Glitter & Glow liquid shadows definitely popularized using a liquid glitter eyeshadow, but at $24 each, they’re not cheap!
The Pixi Liquid Fairy Lights shadows are an amazing alternative to the Stila shadows that work great and are a significant amount less in price!
Recently, I’ve been adding a little bit of this glitter shadow to the inner 1/3 of my lower lash line with a tiny liner or lip brush.
It just adds such a pop to my eye makeup! It really opens up the eyes, even more so than an inner-corner highlight, in my opinion.

Pixi Beauty – Glow Tonic (100 ml) | $15.00
(Photo is NOT of 100 ml bottle.)
Technically, this isn’t a makeup product, but it is beauty-related, so I decided to include it!
Of all the toners I’ve tried in my lifetime, this one is my number 1 by far! I use it every single day as part of my skincare routine.
It’s an exfoliating toner that includes 5% glycolic acid, which helps brighten and smooth the skin.
It also includes aloe vera, ginseng, and botanical extracts to nourish and treat the skin.
The thing that I love most about the Glow Tonic is how gentle it is.
I have very sensitive and dry skin, but I have absolutely no adverse reaction to this product. It helps that it’s alcohol free!

L’Oreal – Magic Lumi Light Infusing Primer | $12.99
This was the very first “glowy” primer that I tried when I was just getting my feet wet with glowy makeup.
It’s a very good intro to glowy makeup because it’s very subtle and it’s really hard to go wrong with this product.
When using it as a primer, it gives your skin a beautiful natural glow that can still faintly be seen through your foundation.
It won’t make your foundation look dewy or greasy, it’ll just give you a subtle natural glow.
After using it as a primer, I decided I wanted my base makeup to be even more glowy than what this product was doing for me as a primer.
SO, I began mixing it in with my foundation.
Best decision ever. Mixing it in with the foundation allows the “glowiness” of the primer to really shine, without being covered up by foundation.
This is an especially good method if you’ve been curious about mixing something glowy into your foundation, but liquid highlighters seem like too much.
It’s definitely subtler than a liquid highlighter, so it’s a great starting point.
Also, you can totally wear this primer alone on no-makeup days for a healthy dewy skin look!

Makeup Revolution – Conceal & Define Foundation | $12.00
This is totally one of my favorite drugstore foundations! And it’s received great reviews across the beauty industry since it was released.
If feels super lightweight, it’s medium coverage, but buildable to full, with a demi-matte finish.
It’s also an oil-free formula (good for those with oily skin) and it’s comfortable to wear all day!
The applicator is a massive doe-foot applicator, which I don’t personally care for, but it doesn’t take away from it being a great product.

Pixi Beauty – Eye Define Waterline | $14.00
As someone that wears liner on their waterline every day, I’m always on the search for super pigmented, opaque, and creamy eyeliner pencils that last all day without smudging or wearing off.
This is the one! It’s SO BLACK, applies smoothly and evenly on the waterline, and stays put all day.
I never have to worry about getting that dreaded black smudge on the outer corner of my eyes with this liner!
There is also a nude version, Eye Bright Liner, for a brightening effect.

Pixi Beauty – Endless Silky Eye Pen | $12.00
Similar to the Eye Define Waterline pencil above, I use the Endless Silky Eye Pens in my waterline!
They aren’t made exclusively for the waterline, but I really wanted to emphasize that they work really well for that as well as lining your eyes normally.
The formula of this liner is silky smooth, true to its name, and are super long-wear. They last all day with no smudging or budging.
I love how there are so many shades available as I’m really into experimenting with different liner colors these days.
I’ve been loving the BlackBlue shade, which is a deep navy blue. Dark enough to have the same effect as a black liner, but it just adds something extra!
These liners are a great alternative to the Marc Jacobs Highliner Gel Eye Crayon eyeliners, which cost $25 each.
You can get two of these for that price!
Maybelline – Super Stay Full Coverage Foundation | $11.99
This foundation was just released last year, and it was instantly loved by many! It even made its way onto Allure’s Best of Beauty 2018 list.
It’s a full-coverage matte foundation that lasts all day and creates a flawless finish.
It feels very lightweight on the skin and minimizes the appearance of imperfections.
While I do enjoy this foundation because of the beautiful finish it gives my skin, it’s a bit too matte for me because I have dry skin.
However, this foundation would be great for those with normal to oily skin, especially because it’s oil-free.

Maybelline – Super Stay Full Coverage Powder Foundation | $11.99
This pressed powder is a very recently released powder version of the Super Stay Foundation above and it’s amazing!
I love to use this powder on light makeup days when I don’t want to use a liquid foundation. It evens out my skin tone and gives me a tad bit of coverage.
You can also use this powder to set your liquid foundation by lightly dusting it all over your face with a fluffy brush.
This is an awesome way to add more coverage if you feel like your liquid foundation didn’t provide enough.
And it’s great for touch-ups throughout the day – I just throw it in my purse for use on-the-go!
Maybelline – Super Stay Multi-Use Foundation Stick | $11.99
And now it’s the stick version of the foundation! Can you tell I just really like the Super Stay line from Maybelline?!
This foundation is pretty much exactly the same as the liquid foundation, just in a stick!
I personally love stick foundations because it makes it so easy to apply and layer foundation.
The stick version provides slightly less coverage than the liquid version as I’d say it’s medium-coverage.
But, it’s definitely buildable to full-coverage by layering it. It’s also a matte foundation that is lightweight and long-wearing.
Just like the liquid version, it is slightly too matte for those with dry skin, but it’s great for normal to oily skin types.
Flower Beauty – Light Illusion Foundation | $13.99
In contrast to the matte foundations mentioned above, the Flower Beauty Light Illusion Foundation will be your best friend if you have dry skin.
It is a very lightweight foundation that provides medium coverage and leaves a gorgeous luminous finish to the skin.
You know that “no-makeup” makeup look? This foundation will help you achieve that. Your skin, but better!
Makeup Revolution – Soph X Highlighting Palette | $12.00
It’s hard to believe that this is first highlighter on this list, so far! (Most drugstore highlighters are actually under $10, though.)
Even with all of the highlighting palettes I have and love, this one remains one of the few that I’m most impressed with.
Not only does it have two different formulas (pressed and baked powders) in a variety of shades that all go well together so you can mix and match, but it’s so affordable!
You will honestly not find a better highlighting palette for this price.
The versatility in this palette is amazing – both bold and natural shades, and both subtle and bright formulas.

Makeup Revolution – Glow Revolution Spray | $15.00
This is a new addition to my makeup collection and it quickly became a very loved member of the family!
I love using illuminating setting sprays to give myself an extra glow, especially after loose setting powder kind of mattifies everything.
This spray has tiny gold reflects in it that you can actually see on the face, which I personally love.
It might be a bit too much for some, but if you’re extra like me, you’ll love it!
And the bonus is the bottle is massive. It’s ridiculous! You get 6.76 fluid oz./200 ml, which will last a very long time!

L’Oreal – Infallible Pro-Matte Foundaton | $12.99
This foundation is actually the very first drugstore foundation I tried!
It was a very good introduction to drugstore foundations and I still think it’s one of the best out there!
It has a demi-matte coverage, so not too matte if you have dry skin. I have dry skin and I really enjoy the finish of this foundation.
It provides medium buildable coverage that layers really nicely without lifting or bunching.
L’Oreal claims it’s a 24-hour wear foundation, but it’d be crazy for any foundation to last that long!
However, it is very long-wearing and you can totally get 12 hours of wear out of it, easily.

Flower Beauty – Shimmer & Strobe Highlighting Palette | $13.99
Just like the Makeup Revolution Soph X Highlighting palette above, the Flower Beauty Shimmer & Strobe Highlighting Palette is another palette that I was super impressed with, right off the bat.
If you’re looking for a palette that will give you a blinding highlight, this is the one.
You get three gorgeous shades, which are all super bright and pigmented.
These powders are very finely milled and soft, so there is some kick back when you dip your brush in.
But, it’s that super finely milled powder that allows it to apply so smoothly without emphasizing texture. Absolutely no chunkiness in these powders!
The formula actually really reminds me of Ofra’s highlighter formula, and Ofra highlighters (especially Rodeo Drive) are some of the best out there.
